It has a lot of veggies, fruit, berries. One scoop in a drink. We use apple juice and it tastes good. Not good in just plain water though.
We had stopped taking it for a while as it can be expensive. But I found myself lacking energy, getting tired, worn out and feeling under the weather. Getting back on it made all the difference in the world! My energy is returning and I'm feeling better.
They sell a shaker bottle on their site but you could use anything to help mixing. Check it out so you can at least see what it is. We fill it half with apple juice and put one scoop in.

I was never a great fan of yogurt but after finding these, I am. I now have one every day as my breakfast. Seems like my skin is doing better now after eating this.
Note: if you open it and it's liquid on top, slimply stir. It well be creamy smooth.

Physicians Formula!
I wanted something better for my skin so i looked in Physicians Formula makeup. Their mineral powder base and finishing powder can be applied easily with a makeup brush. It does cover. And I liked it better than a liquid makeup. It's lightweight. Their blush and eyeshadow are also good. A sweep across the face and you are done. I got a sponge applicator to do the finishing powder. But they both come in a compact type of case and if you open it back farther, it exposes its own little brush and a mirror!

Curved vented hairbrush! Who knew,?
The brush is vented and helps with drying faster, spacing helps with tangles. Its curved so it goes across your head better and follows the curve of your head.
I thought with the size, spacing and curve it may not hold my thick hair in it but it does! And with spaced out bristles, much easier to clean. Hair doesnt tangle as much using it.

Great toner, pore reducer and skin cleaner. Use it after you wash your face. Softens as well. Use it to freshen your face too for a pick me up!
I remember a cousin of ours that modeled. She would keep a small bottle of Witch Hazel in her purse with cotton pads. Her niece and I were young and playing and sweating and she would take some and wipe her face to clean it.
Get a cotton pad oval, squirt some on and enjoy!

They come in colors like blue, green, white. So cute on the counter. I tied a string bow around them.
We finally cut the cable cord and went with an outdoor TV antenna. There are so many channels FREE you can get. We used a company named Mr. Antenna. They did the entire installation. Yes you get all your locals plus stations that show old tv shows, westerns, old movies, religion, and others like QVC shopping.
Record and guide: we bought a Tivo Bolt which we record 4 shows at a time. We pay a yrly fee for a program guide like cable had and we can pause a show too. The yrly fee for the features may be more or less what cable costs per month!
Downfall: Tivo does not keep the guide up always for station changes. So if say ME TV station moved, you may not know right away. But i do work with Tivo to get it corrected.

But with my antenna and the subscription to other items like Netflix which by the way my Tivo guide shows my app, who needs to pay high cable prices?!
